درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للقيادة الأخلاقية وتأثيرها على تفاعل طالبات كلية التربية الأساسية من وجهة نظر الطالبات
The study aimed to identify the degree of the faculty members ’practice of moral leadership and its effect on the interaction of students of the College of Basic Education from the students’ point of view, and the effect of some variables in that. The study used the descriptive approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire applied to a sample consisting of (805) students. The results showed that the degree of the faculty members’ practice of moral leadership as a whole came to a large degree, and the ethical management behaviors came first to a large degree, followed by the ethical personal characteristics to a large degree, and finally the human relations and to a moderate degree, and that the degree of interaction of the students as a whole came to a large degree. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample individuals on the ethical personal characteristics, the ethical managerial behaviors and the moral leadership as a whole due to specialization variable, while there are no differences about the human relations and the interaction of the students. The results also indicated that there are differences about the moral leadership as a whole and all its dimensions and the interaction of the students due to year variable, while there are no differences attributable due to GPA variable, and the results also showed a strong statistically significant correlation between the moral leadership as a whole and all its dimensions and the interaction of the students.
