تحليل الخصائص التعليمية للحائزين والقوى العاملة الدائمة في الحيازات الزراعية بالمملكة العربية السعودية : دراسة في التنمية الإقليمية

The present study aims to analyze the educational characteristics of the holders, and the permanent manpower in agricultural holdings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a study in regional development. The study tries to illustrate the correlation of the variables of the educational characteristics of the holders and the permanent manpower with each other. As well, it tries to reveal their spatial variation, using the factor analysis method where (28) variable of the educational characteristics were introduced. The results revealed that there are characteristics that emerged in the first factor and had a strong relationship with a saturation rate (95%), the second factor (63%), the third factor (56%), and the fourth factor (40%). Educational characteristics vary between the regions of Saudi Arabia within the four specific factors. The study recommended the importance of scientific training for workers in agricultural activity through developing plans and programs to raise the scientific and practical efficiency of agricultural labor force in the administrative regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and stressing the importance of making the most of the graduates of agricultural specialties and agricultural institutes to be employed in the agricultural sector in order to raise the efficiency of agricultural labor force and to achieve sustainable agricultural development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study also recommended conducting studies that address problems related to educational characteristics, to bridge the gap in regional variation, and support regional development between regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
