The research aims to: 1) Determine the list of kindergarten teacher professional competencies necessary to activate the museum activity inside and outside of kindergarten. 2) Presenting a training program based on museum activities for kindergarten teachers. 3) Identifying the extent of program effectiveness in improving kindergarten teacher professional competencies. The current research has found: 1) There are statistically significant differences between the average pre and post measures scores on kindergarten teachers' performance competencies questionnaire in the museum activity in favor of post measure. 2) There is a significant effect of the museum activities training program in improving the performance competencies of kindergarten teachers.
