فعالية الذات وعلاقتها بمهارة اتخاذ القرار المهني لدى طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي في أمانة العاصمة
This study aimed to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and the professional decision-making skill among first-year secondary students in Amanat Al Asema. To achieve this, the researchers designed and developed two instruments to assess self-efficacy and the professional decision-making skill. The study sample, which was randomly selected from the first year secondary school in government schools, consisted of (696) male and female students. The study results revealed a statistically significant correlation at (0.01) between self-efficacy and the skill of professional decision-making among first-year secondary school students. There were also statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average scores of students in the self-efficacy scale in favor of female students, and statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the professional decision-making skill in favor of female students. It was also revealed that the professional decision-making skill can be predicted based on self-efficacy. The researchers concluded the study with a number of pertinent recommendations and suggestions. (Published Abstract)
