The study aimed to achieve the strategic goal of Vision 2030 (increasing employment rates) at the university by working on the sub-goal (developing human capital) and all its detailed objectives. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the availability of teaching and learning at the University of Najran from the point of view of the study sample tends towards approval with a high degree, as a sign of its arithmetic mean of (4.05) and a standard deviation of (0.593), that the availability of training at Najran University from The viewpoint of the study sample tends towards approval with a medium degree, as evidenced by its arithmetic mean of (3.67) and a standard deviation of (0.882). Availability of interest in experiences at the University of Najran from the point of view of the study sample tends towards approval with a medium degree, as evidenced by its average arithmetic. (3.66) and with a standard deviation of (0.874). The study recommended a number of recommendations, including, working to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030 in terms of developing human capital, making the most of the professional expertise of the university faculty members to build a distinguished young human cadre in the future, and providing more training for faculty members within the university.
