The results of the research indicated that: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group, the research sample in the pre- application and the post application of the achievement test to measure the level of cognitive attainment of knowledge and information related to the artistic manual skills course using material for the benefit of the post application. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post application of the achievement test to measure the level of cognitive achievement of knowledge and information related to the artistic manual skills course for the benefit of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group, the research sample in the pre- application and the post application of the artistic handicraft evaluation form based on the aesthetic employment of the remains of raw materials in favor of the post application. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the control group in the post application of the artistic handicraft evaluation form based on the aesthetic employment of the remains of raw materials for the benefit of the experimental group. The research recommends the importance of applying in the artistic manual skills program and using the consumed environment materials, starting from the first year until the final year of the four teams in the Faculties of Early Childhood Education for all departments and special programs because of its impact on raising the students cognitive achievement and improving their skill performance in artistic manual skills.
