The aim of the current research is to identify the phenomenon of bullying in light of the rights of the child, to uncover the reality of bullying against the child in his rights from the point of view of parents, and to present a vision to confront the light of bullying against the child. He followed the descriptive approach to answer the research questions, and printed a sample of the final questions from (130) parents of the children of the Helwan Kindergarten Department and the Maadi Educational Administration, divided into: (84) a parent from the government kindergarten, and (46) a parent from the private kindergarten, The researcher used a questionnaire addressed to parents of children in kindergartens in public schools and to identify their viewpoint on the reality of bullying their children’s child in light of the rights of the child. Search results indicate practices show in the first place, followed by bullying in the first place, it came in third place bullying, ranking ranked; the ranking came fourth for the whole questionnaire.
