This research aims to reveal the existence and type of relationship between social skills, academic skills, and positive thinking skills. And predictor of positive thinking skills through the social and academic skills. The sample consists of (200) male and female students, in the second semester of the year 2018/2019. The researcher used tools prepared by her: the social competency measure, the academic competency scale, the positive thinking skills scale. Where data analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis resulted in: a positive relationship with statistically significant between academic proficiency and its sub- dimensions and positive thinking skills for prep students, and a positive relationship with statistical significance between social competence and its sub- dimensions and positive thinking skills for prep students, and that The degrees of both social and academic competence foreshadows degrees of positive thinking skills for prep students.
