The current research provides a theoretical framework for independent and dependent changes, explaining what the Egyptian folklore is and its importance in building a national identity for future generations in order to live in peace; And referring to the various forms of cultural expression that play an important role in educating learners, especially in early childhood. According to the acquisition of knowledge, skills and sentiments in the light of the constructive theory that promotes the role of the learner in building his own knowledge structure in a social context that imitates his ideas, customs, traditions and arts by simulating the behavior of those around him to emphasize the overlapping, complementarity and progressivity of cultural expressions in achieving learning outcomes. The exhibition also dealt with the nature and content of the Egyptian folklore with its innate symbolic plastic arts, the intellectual point of view, and the Egyptian efforts to invent plastic symbols with expressive connotations with their aesthetic and value dimensions for each occasion: Producing emotional music for every life occasion that he passes through- writing stories and heroic and legendary myths with exaggerations in expressive formulation to highlight literary aesthetics from the reality of everyday dialogue for individuals with his linguistic vocabulary- and creating dancing motions with strength and softness to knock on his feet and leave his artistic imprints of hearts and joys in the senses in The movement and music stemming from the bosom of its natural environment. The aim of the research is to verify the role of the activities of the Museum of Mobile Folklore and the extent of the impact of each form of cultural expression on which museum activities are based (plastic art in its aesthetic and craft subdivisions music art with elements of singing, playing, and listening to performing authorship in the light of the musical features of Egyptian folklore- literary arts 'Stories- Myths- Parodies- Poems and Epics) As a mediator in providing the children of the sample with knowledge, skills and sentiments related to the content of folklore and bringing it closer to mind by simplifying its presentation to them with loved and focused activities around children's performances and activities during the museum program at the Egyptian Mobile Heritage Museum 'Prepared by the researcher. The research also aimed to verify the ability of the mobile museum activities of the Egyptian folklore to increase the growth of artistic expressions of the experimental research sample. The current research presented an applied framework for the program of activities of the Egyptian Mobile Heritage Museum as a model that can be applied effectively in the second stage in kindergarten affecting the achievement of the learning outcomes desired by the curriculum of that stage and in support of the knowledge, skills and sentiments involved. The hypotheses were imposed with a null formulation to adopt neutrality and not to direct the applied performance with the research sample towards the real results without the intervention of the researcher. The research sample consisted of (180) male and female children who were divided into three independent experimental groups and three independent control groups, each group representing an independent scope during the practical application of the mobile museum activities designed to acquire children the essence and content of the Egyptian folklore with its cognitive, skill and emotional dimensions as learning products linked to the content of the stage curriculum The second is in Egyptian kindergarten. The current research adopted the quasi-experimental approach using the design of the two groups (experimental and control) and two measurements (tribal and dimensional), up to accurate statistical identification as an indicator of the effectiveness and impact of the mobile museum activities in employing and producing all forms of cultural expression as learning outcomes (cognitive, skill and sentimental) of the research sample. The research sample consisted of (180) male and female children who were divided into three independent experimental groups and three independent control groups, each group representing an independent scope during the practical application of the mobile museum activities designed to give children what and the content of the Egyptian folklore with its cognitive, skill and emotional dimensions as learning products related to the content of the stage curriculum The second is in Egyptian kindergarten. The application was implemented for the current research in the summer period from 15/ 7/ 2019 until 15/ 12/ 2019 from the first semester of 2019 and for a period of five months related to two weekly sessions for each independent experimental group, (kindergarten educational center for childhood at the Faculty of Kindergarten Alexandria University- Rawda Belqis Official Pilot of the Wasat Educational Administration in Alexandria Rawda Jalal Quraitem, an Arabic affiliate of the Shark Educational Administration in Alexandria).
