The end of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty- first century witnessed an increase and spread of one of the most dangerous contemporary human problems in all countries of the world, whether developed or developing, and it is the problem of bullying, as it needs to be addressed by the concerned authorities, whether educational or non- educational institutions, and bullying and its victims are considered A problem that has its roots in the depths of human existence, as it has existed since ancient times, but it has become practiced in various forms and in a striking way, especially in kindergartens, and it has become a heavy burden on the shoulders of workers in educational institutions (teachers) for their daily dealings with these behaviors, and it has become one of the main problems. For the family and kindergarten management for educational counselors and parents in view of the societal and technological changes, with which the child interacts at this stage and affect him negatively, and here the role of (the family and kindergarten) appears in the need to raise awareness of the requirements for protection from bullying of the kindergarten child for the bad effect of this phenomenon on the bullying child and the child victim, And that is through the teacher's point of view in light of the various globalization variables, which indicates the danger of addressing the research issue, and to achieve this The research sought to identify the conceptual framework of bullying and globalization and its various variables and effects on the spread of the phenomenon of bullying among kindergarten children, as well as the roles of (family- teacher- kindergarten management) in determining the requirements for protection from this phenomenon, and to know the obstacles that prevent treatment of this phenomenon. The research used the descriptive method to find out the opinions of the teachers through a questionnaire directed at them to develop a proposed perception that contributes to identifying the role of the family and kindergarten in raising awareness of the requirements of protection from bullying.
