The target of the study was to determine the degree to which the students of field training at Umm Al Qura University have the skills to use modern teaching strategies from their point of view. The problem was identified in the answer to the question: To what extent have the students of field training at Umm Al Qura University the skills to use modern teaching strategies? The descriptive analytical method was applied to a sample of (40) female students of field training specialism of social sciences out of (262) students who were selected randomly. A data collection tool was created in the form of a questionnaire that tested its validity and stability. After application, the data were statistically analyzed. The results indicated that the degree to which the students of field training at Umm Al Qura University have the skills to use modern teaching strategies. The planning phase was medium, while the implementation and evaluation phases were high. (Published abstract)
