l'insertion des jeunes diplômés de l'enseignement supérieur dans le marché de travail : cas pratique - cevital
The need to shed light on the working mechanisms of the labor market of post-secondary graduates in our country is becoming more and more imperative for at least, in our opinion, two reasons: to hold the highest possible diploma is not currently a guarantee against unemployment. Resorting to the network of relationships appears to be the most widespread method of accessing employment in Algeria. This question remains little addressed, in particular for the juvenile category. The results confirm the role of the relational network as an important regulator in the juvenile labor market, and this in the face of the difficulty of integrating this category and the weakness of the intermediation mechanisms in the regulation of the labor market.
