The current study aimed at identifying and exploring the degree to which “female students” of the Psychology Department at the Faculty of Education at Princess Nora University possess the twenty-first century skills represented in creativity and innovation skills, dialogue, communication and communication skills, and digital culture skills. For methodology, the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and prepared a scale that includes a poplar to measure each of the previous skills. The results of the study showed the following: The degree to which the female students of the Psychology Department at Princess Nora University had the skills of creativity and innovation reached a high score with an arithmetic average (2.07), and a relative weight of (69.07%). Also, the degree of possessing digital literacy skills came with a mathematical average (2.17), and a relative weight of (72.51%), which reflects a high degree. The overall score of “female students in the Psychology Department of the College of Education” for the skills of the twenty first century was high, as the focus of dialogue and communication came first, followed by the themes of digital culture, and finally the aspects of creativity and innovation. The study recommended the necessity of holding specialized workshops and meetings to demonstrate the importance of the twenty-first century skills for female students in the Psychology Department, and other different disciplines.
