The current study aimed to investigate the reality of the entrepreneurship culture among students of the tenth and eleventh grades in the Sultanate of Oman, by studying the level of awareness of entrepreneurship among the study sample and the obstacles that limit students' appetite for entrepreneurship from their point of view. In addition, the study examines the differences in the reality of the entrepreneurship culture among the sample members, depending on the variables of sex, grade, and parental work. The study sample consisted of (400) male and female students from post-basic education schools in Muscat Governorate. To answer the study questions, the descriptive approach was used. Thus, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (45) statements distributed on two main axes; the first deals with students' awareness of the entrepreneurship culture, and the second axis discusses the obstacles that may cause lack of students’ interest in entrepreneurship. The results concluded that the level of students ’awareness of the entrepreneurship culture was high, while the level of obstacles that limit the orientation towards entrepreneurship was moderate. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of awareness of the entrepreneurial culture among students due to the variable of gender in favor of females, but an absence of any statistically significant differences in the rest of the variables.
