The present study aimed to identify the relationship between anger management and mental health among high school students in Jeddah, on a sample of (200) male and female students, who were randomly selected from some secondary schools in Jeddah, and the researcher used the relational descriptive approach for the current and appropriate research To achieve the research objectives, the anger management scale prepared by Abdullah and Al-Hamidi (2013), and the mental health scale prepared by Al-Quraiti and the person (2002). The results resulted in a positive correlation between anger management and mental health among high school students in Jeddah, and there were no differences in anger management and mental health between male and female students. The researcher suggested some recommendations drawn from the results, the most important of which is training teachers on how to contribute to the development of Students' anger management skills within educational and counseling programs, which aim at promoting and developing the educational process.
