استخدام سلاسل ماركوف في تحليل حركة الطالبات خلال المراحل الدراسية : دراسة تطبيقية على طالبات كلية الحاسب الآلي بجامعة القصيم
This study aimed to identify the average time for female students to graduate from the faculty of computer at each academic level, to predict the probability of a female student graduating from the faculty of computer, and to monitor the probability of dropping out or dismissal for female students from the faculty of computer, as well as to predict the number of female graduates expected to graduate during the next five years , to predict the number of female students expected to be dismissed during the five years following the study period, and finally to estimate the time taken for the student to stay in each academic year until her graduation. The study used the descriptive and forward-looking approach through the Markov model in time series, based on the data of female students enrolled in each academic level and graduates of the Computer College at Qassim University during the period from 2010 to 2019. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The average number of female students graduating from the Computer College at Qassim University is 205 annually, with an annual graduation rate of 69.26%, as well as the average number of female students expected to graduate from the Computer College at Qassim University within the next five years. It is 1094 graduates, in addition to the average number of female students expected to be expelled from the Computer College at Qassim University during the next five years is 293.
