The study aims to identify the extent to which school female Managers have exercised emotional intelligence skills from the point of view of female teachers in Al-Mithnab Governorate. It also aims to find out whether there were statistically significant differences in school female Managers' exercise of emotional intelligence skills, among the study sample, attributable to variables of (academic qualification, years of experience, and school stage); . The study used the descriptive correlational method, and it used the questionnaire in information collection. The sample of the study was randomly selected, in terms of (264) teachers. The most important results of the study include the degree of practice of the female Managers of the schools of emotional intelligence skills, from the point of view of female teachers, in Al-Mithnab Governorate, was very high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the female teachers about the practice of the school female Managers for emotional intelligence skills due to the different qualifications of the female teachers. Those with less than 5 years of experience are the highest groups with positive responses on the emotional intelligence level of their female Managers, followed by the group of 10 years of experience and over, while the lowest groups range from a 5-year experience to less than 10 years. There are no statistically significant differences in the exercise of emotional intelligence skills (total score) among school female Managers, in Al-Mithnab Governorate, due to the difference in the teaching stage of the study sample.
