تطوير التعليم الثانوي في دولة الكويت في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول الأجنبية
The study aimed to identify the reality of secondary education in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers, and the impact of the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience, educational region) on that, and to present a proposed scenario for the development of secondary education in the State of Kuwait in light of the experiences of some foreign countries. The study used the descriptive and comparative approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire included (77) phrases grouped on ten dimensions and applied to a sample consisting of (819) teachers from secondary schools. The study concluded that the reality of secondary education as a whole came with a medium rating from the point of view of the study sample members, and all the axes came with a medium rating, and the sources of learning came in the first order, followed by the classroom environment, then teaching and evaluation, and in the penultimate order came funding, and finally the curricula scholastic. The results indicated that there were differences between the averages of the study sample members about the reality of secondary education due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience, educational area). In light of the results, the study presented a proposed vision for the development of secondary education in the State of Kuwait in light of the experiences of some foreign countries.
