Such as nursing and health specializations that count on practical training on the grounds. Moreover, these specializations aim at refining the students' proficiencies and expertise that will later qualify them for labor market. Hence, turning to virtual training as an alternative, does not work well for certain specializations which, in turn, will deprive the students from the actual practical experience needed for them taking into consideration banned interns attendance in compliance with safety measures. According to what criteria are nursing students' performance evaluated or assessed then? Since nursing sector is viewed as the backbone and core supporter of care being provided by health care establishments - which in turn may impact the health services provided for members of society educational foundations and health care establishments are holding high responsibility in evaluating and determining that students have acquired the needed professional competence; otherwise, the quality of nursing care provided for the patients in the hospitals and healthcare establishments would be affected negatively. Therefore, the following question arises: In order to determine whether the students have acquired the requested proficiencies or not, is it enough to evaluate/ assess them through distant learning?. This research sheds light on the procedure followed to evaluate vocational students' performance. It also focuses on collecting key knowledge whether these procedures can substitute actual practical vocational training for nursing students. Moreover, it brings forth creative alternative methods to be confirmed by the educational foundations and health care establishments in order to provide practical training for their students.
