The study aimed at identifying the role of organizational agility in crisis management in education offices in the city of Riyadh. It also attempted determining the obstacles that limit the application of organizational agility from the point of view of female educational supervisors. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed as a study tool. Afterward, the questionnaire was distributed to study population, which consisted of (579) female educational supervisors. Later, questionnaire copies were retrieved answered by study sample members, which are (234) female educational supervisors in (9) education offices in Riyadh. The study demonstrated that the role of organizational agility in the five stages of crisis management (i.e., warning, preparing for the crisis, containing the damages, restoring activity, learning, and developing) was determined to be at a (large) degree. As for the obstacles facing the process of implementing organizational agility principles in the stages of crisis management in education offices in Riyadh, the results showed that the most prominent of them were: the lack of adequate financial allocations to manage the crisis; followed by, failure of the incentives system to support any participation in containing crisis; then came, the rigidity of the organizational structures; and then, the regulations and systems related to crisis management. The study presented a suggested proposal for managing crisis in light of an approach to organizational agility at education offices in Riyadh. (Published abstract)
