فاعلية بيئة الصف المعكوس في تنمية مهارات استخدام نظام البلاك بورد لإدارة التعلم الإلكتروني لدى عضوات هيئة التدريس بجامعة القصيم



The current research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the flipped class environment in developing the skills of using the blackboard system for female members of the faculty at Qassim University, where thirty (30) members of the faculty of the College of Arts and Sciences were randomly chosen. Moreover, the researchers used one group pre-posttest design, and they prepared the research tools that were represented in a list of the basic skills to use the blackboard system that should be available to female faculty members in the Qassim University, and a test that achieved the cognitive aspect of some of the skills of the blackboard system for managing learning for an electronic and a performance card evaluation card (note card) for the skills of using the blackboard system for learning management. The researchers have confirmed the validity of these tools and their consistency with appropriate statistical methods. The results of the research have shown the effectiveness of the flipped class environment in developing the skills of using the blackboard for faculty members. (Published abstract)
