The current study aims to identify the degree of achievement of academic programs of the preparation of the primary stage teachers in the Palestinian universities based on the National Council for Accreditation of Teachers Education (NCATE) from the faculty member point of view. The descriptive approach was based on a questionnaire consisting of (48) items as per (NCATE) standards. The study population consists of (250) of all faculty members employed in the faculties of education at Palestinian universities, who are working in the preparation of the primary stage teachers; and the reacted sample with the tool (85). The results of the study showed that the differences between the study sample were limited between Al-Aqsa University, Al-Azhar University, Palestine University, and Gaza University on the other hand in favor of Al-Aqsa University. The study recommended that the Palestinian universities should have an accreditation of (NCATE) through the exchange of educational visits and constant communications to put forward non-conventional plans to support the public budget.
