The current research aims to measure the effectiveness of educational Program to develop the concepts of Financial and Fundamental Analysis for Commercial Secondary Schools Students. To achieve this goal, the study sample consisting of (34) male and female students from the second year of the commercial division, marketing and money market division, Jamalat Haraji commercial secondary joint school was selected. The descriptive approach was used in the literature review, and the analysis of previous research and studies related to the field of research, and the use of the experimental approach to measure the effectiveness of the educational program to develop the concepts of financial and fundamental analysis for commercial secondary schools students, after applying the study tools, represented by an achievement test of the concepts of financial and Fundamental analysis before and after, the results of the application showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05 between the mean scores of students in the pre and post applications to test the achievement of the concepts related to the financial and fundamental analysis of financial markets in favor of the post application of the test, which indicates to the effectiveness of educational program in developing the concepts involved.
