خلايا الاصغاء والمتابعة النفسية والتربوية ودرجة مساهمتها في الحد من العنف بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي : دراسة ميدانية بأم البواقي
Listening and Psychological and Educational Support Unit is one of the most important mechanisms that institutions like the secondary schools depend on to control violence, a phenomenon that disturbs and destabilizes those institutions. In order to find out the degree of contribution of those units to reduce violence, this research conducts a study that questioned 60 school and vocational guidance counselors in Oum El-Bouaghi department because they are the ones in charge of those units. The counselors answered a questionnaire that consists of 33 paragraphs distributed over two axes: the psychological and educational/pedagogical follow-ups. Consequently, this research finds out that the units of listening generally contribute to a high degree to limit and reduce violence and tension and therefore they need support and valorization of their goals for better results.
