This study aimed to try to find out the reasons for the phenomenon of Cheating in school exams and the various methods used by students to do it and search for appropriate mechanisms to reduce this phenomenon and ways to establish and enhance the values of self-reliance among students of fourth year of average education from the point of view of the educational group. The results showed that the educational group represented by professors and students has confirmed the danger of cheating in school exams in educational institutions seriously, which requires taking the necessary measures and adopting the principle of rigor to reduce this phenomenon in order to avoid its negative effects on the individual and society.
