فعالية برنامج إرشادي في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلبة الصف الثالث الثانوي في مدينة تعز وأثره في تخفيف مستوى الاغتراب النفسي لديهم
The research aimed at identifying the representation level of citizenship values and psychological alienation for third secondary students in Taiz City, building a counseling program for developing their citizenship values, and measuring the effects of the counseling program on decreasing the level of psychological alienation for third secondary students. For achieving these objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the semi-empirical method. The exploratory research sample consisted of (200) students while the basic experimental sample of the research consisted of (30) students who had been divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. Several tools have been used such as Citizenship Values Scale (by the researcher), Psychological Alienation Scale by Dalia Yasseen (2005), and a Counseling Program for Developing Citizenship Values (prepared by the researcher). The research yielded many results as follows: The representation level of citizenship values among third secondary students was poor. The level of psychological alienation among third secondary students was above average, there were no statistically significant differences in the average of citizenship values among third secondary students due to the gender variable, the effectiveness of the counseling program in developing the citizenship values among third secondary students, there was a positive impact of the counseling program for third secondary students in reducing their level of psychological alienation.
