Our study includes many objectives that we sought to clarify, and among the most important of these goals we find: 1) Knowing the extent of the absence of religious faith among students of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities exposes the phenomenon of cheating in theoretical exams. 2) Knowing the extent of the absence of the application of deterrent penalties by the institute’s administration. The phenomenon of cheating in theoretical exams is widespread. 3) Knowing the extent of the absence of strict control within the university is considered the reason for the spread of the phenomenon of cheating in theoretical exams. Study methodology: the descriptive approach. The study population is represented by students of the Physical Education Department of all stages, while the sample was estimated at 150 students.
