The objectives of the study were summarized in some points: 1) Verify the existence of a correlation between the ethics of the profession and its role in the professor carrying out his educational and pedagogical tasks. 2) This study aimed to quantify the ethical qualities of the profession and the extent of its impact on levels of psychological stress according to the individual characteristics of physical education and sports professors. 3) Discovering the personal characteristics that a successful teacher has, which helps teachers in professional development. Study problem: What is the relationship of the professor’s success in his pedagogical and pedagogical tasks with the ethics of the teaching profession? Study hypotheses: 1) The level of commitment of physical education and sports professors to the ethics of the teaching profession is medium. 2) The level of success of teachers of physical education and sports in their educational and pedagogical tasks is medium. 3) There is a correlation between the commitment of physical education and sports professors to the ethics of the teaching profession and their success in their educational and pedagogical tasks. Study sample: 40 professors in physical education, physical education and sports from some secondary schools in M'sila state. The approach used in the study: It is the descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate for these topics. Study tools: questionnaire. The findings are that the level of commitment of physical education and sports professors to the ethics of the education profession is moderate. The most important conclusions and suggestions: That the Ministry of National Education work to develop programs and remedial plans to raise the degree of practice of physical education and sports professors of the ethics of the education profession so that the professor can represent these ethics in his behavior to a greater extent. The introduction of the subject of ethics in the teaching profession as a stand-alone course when preparing teachers of physical education and sports, provided that the professor of this subject is on avirtuous character.
