This study aimed to effectively detect a program based on social cognitive theory in treatment of learning difficulties writing by The fourth year students elementary school fraternity Kassar, krwao, blida city. The sample consisted of 50 pupils were divided evenly into two groups and experimental officer, researcher used experimental method. The results show the effectiveness of the programme proposed in the treatment of learning difficulties among primary fourth year pupils. (Published abstract)
