معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية في الجزائر : دراسة ميدانية لبعض معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية
The overall objective of the study: to find out what are the most relevant obstacles to the application of quality assurance in the institutes of science and technical activities physical and sports in Algeria. Our sample consists of some institutes of science and technical activities physical and sports in Algeria, as well as 30 institute directors and heads of departments. Methods: Weopted for analytical and descriptive methodology. Study tools: the questionnaire. The most relevant results: 1) With regard to administrative barriers, the results showed that (74.85%) recognizing the existence of organizational barriers in this area and (69.6%) acknowledging the existence of administrative barriers. 2) The results also showed that (74.6%) respondents recognize that there are barriers in the field of scientific research. 3) (78,2%) respondents acknowledge the existence of barriers related to the university institution. 4) End (71.4%) recognize the existence of barriers to social service.
