مصادر الضغط المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي : دراسة ميدانية
The study aimed to identify the sources causing professional pressure in the teachers of primary education with Ain El Mleh, and to achieve the objectives of the study was used the measure of professional pressure for teachers by the preparation of "Mansouri Mustafa " 2010, containing 20 words for sources of occupational pressure, distributed to a sample of 80 professor, the descriptive method was followed because it is most appropriate to know all aspects of the study, the study has reached the following conclusions: 1) Primary school teachers are exposed to multiple sources caused by professional pressure. 2) The number of women in the public sector is higher than that of women. 3) Primary school teachers are subjected to occupational pressure due to working conditions. 4) Primary school teachers are subjected to occupational pressure because of the workload.
