The present study aimed to identify the ‘Knowledge Level of Saudi Arabian Universities’ Students in Early Childhood College Programs about the Cognitive, Emotional and Social, and Educational Needs of Gifted Children’, and to investigate the different levels of knowledge about the needs of gifted children according to the university’s variable, using the descriptive analytical methodology. A questionnaire with three axes was applied; each axis included (7) statements to measure the knowledge level of the needs. The study sample included (160) students from early childhood programs in Saudi universities (KAU, UAU, PNU) for the academic year (1441-1442H). The quantitative data analysis used means, standard deviation, and percentages, and ANOVA test to compare the means of sample responses. The results exhibited that the knowledge level of early childhood programs’ students about the needs of gifted children was high in all axes in general, also there was no statistically significant difference in the means of students' responses about the needs of talented and gifted children which is linked to the variable of the university. The study recommended developing teaching plans related to Early Childhood College Programs in Saudi Arabian Universities, including special curricula with direct relationship to talented children’s care.
