Identifying the reality of the culture of volunteer work among the students at the university of Bisha in the light of intellectual challenges, and accordingly the researcher crystallized the problem in the following question: what is the proposed scenario for strengthening the culture of volunteer work among the students at the university of Bisha in light of some intellectual challenges? The current research seeks; to achieve the following objectives: identifying the nature of the culture of volunteering, identifying intellectual challenges related to informal supervision of volunteer work, identifying intellectual challenges related to the informal practice of volunteer work, and identifying intellectual challenges related to informal financing of volunteer work. As behavior and culture, reaping and documenting the contribution in this aspect to serving the university’s internal and external community, expanding its fields and diversity in its activities and programs emphasizing the importance of attracting female volunteers from within the university and enabling them to practice volunteering in a manner commensurate with their passion and skills. Urging university officials and the Ministry of Education to pay attention to spreading a culture volunteer work for university students. (Published abstract)
