دور بحث الدرس في تنمية بعض عادات العقل لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظرهن
The study aimed to identify the role of the study of the lesson in developing some habits of mind among secondary school teachers from their point of view, and to reveal the differences between the responses of secondary school teachers in the habits of the mind, which may be attributed to variables (academic qualification - years of service - number of training courses). Descriptive survey curriculum, and the study population consisted of all the secondary school teachers participating in the application of the study of the lesson in the schools of Al-Kharj governorate, who numbered (70) teachers, and the study sample included (58) secondary school teachers participating in the study of the lesson and who were chosen by the simple random method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (40) phrases divided into (8) dimensions, and the results showed a high degree of agreement on the role of the lesson research in developing the following habits of mind (perseverance, listening with understanding and compassion, thinking flexibly, applying past knowledge to situations new, responding with amazement and questioning, perception, innovation and innovation, thinking beyond knowledge, mental independence) from the point of view of secondary school teachers, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between responses of secondary school teachers in habits of the mind, which are attributed to variables (academic qualification - years of service - number of training courses). In light of the results, the study recommends organizing scientific conferences and seminars to raise awareness of the importance of researching the lesson and stating its role in developing habits of mind and sustainable professional development.
