The study is intended to reveal factors that help to improve the Level of Primary school visual arts education according to teachers' perspectives through answering this following general questionnaire: What are the most important factors to improve the level of Primary school visual arts education for primary school teachers?. Two general questions come under this general issue: 1) Do the educational supervisions factors contribute to improve the level of primary school visual arts education for primary school teachers?. 2) Do the school management factors contribute to improve the level of primary school visual arts education for primary school teachers?. Overall, the sample of the survey was consisted of (52) male and female teachers, who are affiliated in some schools of Bordj Bou Arreridj state, where they were selected through a comprehensive survey method, and they represent the original community of the study. And in order to collect the data I relied on a three-subject questionnaire. This questionnaire is directed to the individuals of the sample to measure their trends toward these indicators, and to achieve the objectives of the study a general hypothesis has been formulated to the same that educational supervision and school management are among the most important contributing factors can be contribute in improving the level of Primary school visual arts education for primary school teachers, thus two hypotheses were given are: 1) The educational supervisions factors can be contribute to improve the level of Primary school visual arts education for primary school teachers. 2) The school management factors can be contribute to improve the level of Primary school visual arts education for primary school teachers. 3) To test the validity of the hypotheses, they were examined by the statistical package of social sciences (Spss22) and the verification of the hypotheses has been reached. The study finally made a series of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need for a textbook on the subject of visual arts education, and to consider in the future the possibility of hiring a professor on this subject.
