The purpose of the study is to investigate the degree of Islamic Teachers practice of brainstorming strategy in Mafraq governorate and their attitudes towards it. Further, exploring the relationship between Islamic teacher practice and attitudes of brainstorming strategy. The population of the study consisted of (134) male and female Islamic education teachers of upper basic stage in Mafraq governorate selected through comprehensive survey sampling. The study adopted the descriptive approach, and to achieve the aim of the study the researcher benefited from brainstorming scale prepared by (Al-azmi, 2018), the scale was developed then validity and reliability were checked. The findings of the study showed that the level of practicing and the attitudes were in a high level. Moreover, there were no significant statistical differences in the level of Islamic education teachers' practice of brainstorming strategy attributed to gender, years of experience and scientific qualifications. There were no significant statistical differences in the level in the level of Islamic education teacher’s attitudes towards brainstorming strategy attributed to years of experience and scientific qualifications, except in gender variable in favor of males. The findings of the study showed that there is a positive correlation relationship between the practice and attitudes towards brainstorming strategy among Islamic education teachers. Based on the findings the study presented several recommendations The most of important of which are: triaging teachers in all majors to cope with the recent development regarding brainstorming strategy.
