The aim of the study was to identify the degree of kindergartens principals’ practice of wandering around management and its relation to female teachers’ level of organizational loyalty in Zarka Governorate, and to find out if there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members concerning the degree of kindergartens principals’ practice of wandering around management and the female teachers’ level of organizational loyalty due to the variables of scientific qualification and practical experience. The descriptive correlational method was used. The data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of two parts: The first part measured the degree of wandering around management practice and the second one measured the female teachers’ level of organizational loyalty. The sample of the study consisted of (213) kindergarten teachers representing (51%) of the study population. The study findings showed that the degree of kindergartens principals’ practice of wandering around management was high and the domains of wandering around management practice were in order as follows: Problem recognition, evaluation and feedback, development and creativity and communication improvement. Also, the findings revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members concerning the degree of kindergartens principals’ practice of wandering around management due to of scientific qualification and practical experience. According to the findings, the female teachers’ level of organizational loyalty in Zarka Governorate was high, and there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members concerning the female teachers’ level of organizational loyalty due to of scientific qualification and practical experience. Finally, the results showed that there was a positive statistically signifcant relation between the degree of kindergartens principals’ practice of wandering around management and the female teachers’ level of organizational loyalty in Zarka Governorate. The researcher recommended that kindergartens principals should give attention to development, creativity and communication improvement during their wandering around management practice.
