فاعلية برنامج إرشاد جمعي معرفي سلوكي في خفض العزلة وتحسين الكفاءة الاجتماعية لدى عينة من طالبات الصفين العاشر الأساسي والأول الثانوي
This study sought to explore the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral education program in reducing social isolation and improving the social efficiency of a sample of students in grades 10 and 2 in one of the Jordanian government schools. The participants were selected according to their high and low scores, respectively, on the measures of isolation and social efficiency. They were randomized either to the experimental group (N = 20) and the control group (N = 20). Sociometric indicators for the measurements on a sample of forty female students were extracted and verified. The study used the semi-experimental approach to design randomized equal groups with tribal and remote measurements, followed by the experimental group only. To examine the impact of the collective counseling program, which is based on CBT and psychological education strategies in reducing levels of social isolation and improving social efficiency, a collective counseling program based on the CBT perspective was developed from 13 sessions. Statistical analyzes indicated the following results: First, there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group scores on both the measure of social isolation (total and sub-grade) and the measure of social efficiency) In the post-test and for the experimental group, indicating the efficiency of the group counseling program used in the current study Second, the results of the comparisons between the results of the post-test in the experimental group and the follow-up test one month after the end of the indicative program indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) (A = 0.05) on the measure of social isolation (total and sub-grade) indicating the efficiency of the collective counseling program used in the current study, And the continuation of the retention of therapeutic gains after one month after the end of the extension program, where the average scores of the experimental group members on the scale of social isolation (total and sub-grade) in the follow-up test, but not a degree of statistical function compared to the average grades in the post-test, The experimental group is based on the social efficiency criterion in the sequential test and is statistically significant compared to the average of the post-test scores. The results of this study, in line with psychological literature, have shown that CBT-based counseling programs are a successful instructional method to help students in the higher elementary stage who suffer from social isolation and social inefficiency. This suggests that this type of program can be integrated into extension services provided by instructors working in the schools of the Directorate of Education in Jordan for students of both sexes in secondary school.
