The aim of this study was to identify the degree of the practice of administrative control methods among secondary school principals in Amman Directorate of Education, and its relation to the level of organizational integrity from the teachers' point of view. The study population consisted of (1044) secondary school teachers in Amman First Directorate of Education. The sample of the study included (392) male and female teachers were the proportion of (38%) of the proportion and they were chosen by random stratification. at the second academic year of the academic year (2018/2019). Two-part questionnaire was used: management control methods and the level of organizational integrity. The study reached the following results: The degree of the practice of administrative control methods among secondary school principals in The Directorate of Education for the first Amman region from the teachers' point of view was high. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing administrative control methods among secondary school principals because of the degree and specialized. There are statistically significant differences attributed to sex variables in favor of males, and years of experience for those who have more than (10) years. The result showed that the level of the organizational integrity among secondary school principals in The Directorate of Education for the first Amman region from the teachers' point of view was high. There were not statistically significant differences in the level of organizational integrity of secondary school principals attributed to gender, practicality and specialization, and there are statistically significant differences attributed to years of experience for those with more than (10) years. The results of the study showed that there is a positive relationship between the methods of administrative control of the principals of secondary schools in the Directorate of Education for the First Amman region and their level of organizational integrity. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher made some recommendations, the most important are the need to increase the focus in taking appropriate corrective action in the control process and make the control system more flexible. Make sure that the managers predict errors before they occur. Take the necessary precautions to deal with them in case of occurrence. Educate individuals about the approach of organizational integrity and the importance of ethics. (Author’s abstract)
