العدالة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالإلتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي الإدارة الجامعية : دراسة ميدانية لدى كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة المسيلة
The current study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational justice management and organizational commitment among the staff of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Messila, and to verify the research hypotheses, the descriptive approach was adopted, through the application of the Organizational Justice Scale and the Systemic Commitment Scale, on a sample chosen by the intentional method, which was formed Of the 50 employees of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Messila, of which there are 50 employees out of about 160 employees who represent the original community. After statistical treatment of the data, the study concluded the following results: 1) There is a relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment among university administration employees. 2) There is a relationship between distributive justice and organizational commitment among university administration employees. 3) There is a relationship between procedural justice and organizational commitment among university administration employees. 4) There is a relationship between reactive justice and organizational commitment among university administration staff.
