This study aimed to identify the level of life skills of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in some secondary schools in M'sila state. The sample of the study consisted of 40 male and female counselors, who were randomly assigned to work in some of the M'sila state schools. The questionnaire was used as a tool to measure the level of life skills, as it consisted of (91) statements distributed over eight (8) axes: (Planning and time management, communication and communication, social skills and working with the group, scientific and technological skills, thinking and problem solving skills, psychological skills and self-awareness, identity and patriotism skills, language control). In addition to identifying the differences in the variables (gender, educational qualification), the validity of the tool was checked and its psychometric properties were calculated. The results of the study showed that the level of life skills of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in some secondary schools in M'sila State was average, with the arithmetic mean of the field as a whole (3.18) and a standard deviation equal to (0.47). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the study sample's estimates of the level of life skills depending on the variables of gender and academic qualification. We formulated a number of suggestions, the most important of which are: 1) Enhancing the life skills of school guidance and counseling counselors by involving them in rehabilitative courses in order to achieve the goals. 2) Conducting experimental and quasi-experimental studies on the relationship of life skills to the educational milieu. 3) Providing references for life skills and their applications in all educational institutions.
