The current study aims to identify the importance of codes and ethical charters and the criteria for building them, to propose measures that help develop standards for building codes and ethical charters and achieve the hoped-for achieving transparency and credibility in institutions, through the analysis and review of research, previous studies and educational literature that dealt with the importance of codes and ethical charters to ensure a vision Integrated to build ethical codes. The current study differs from previous studies in the methodology of the study, as the current study depends on the analysis of educational literature through the analytical method and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researchers’ vision.
