The research problem was the research problem in a weakness in the skills of induction, information, and motivation for pupils of the sixth-grade primary, and then try to search use program based on e-learning participatory for its implementation they have. The aim of the research is to identify the image of a program based on participatory e-learning, and to measure its effectiveness in the development of information search skills and motivation for learning in primary sixth grade students. To achieve the objectives of the research, a list of information search skills, a program based on participatory e-learning, an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the skills, a note card to measure the performance aspect, and a measure to measure the motivation of learning were prepared. The two research groups (52) students in each group of sixth grade students were selected. The research results: 1) there is a statistical difference d at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the control and experimental research groups for the cognitive aspects of information-seeking skills test for the experimental group. 2) There is a statistical difference d at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the control and experimental research groups of the observation card on the performance side of the information search skills in favor of the experimental group. 3) There is a statistical difference d at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the control and experimental research groups of the learning motivation scale for the experimental group.
