The research aims to identify the impact of the employment is typical (Posse) and educational cluster Roberts (Roberts) in love with the development of scientific poll and skills beyond the knowledge of the average second grade students. Determined search follows, second grade average students for the academic year 2015-2016 / Karkh morning, the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016, the second book of chemistry grade average and approved by the Ministry of Education. The study population totaling (59) male and distributors randomize the two divisions which both Division A and Division B, and the appointment of random selected Division (a) to be the experimental group first taught in accordance with the model (Posse) the education of (30) students and Division (b) to be the second experimental group that studied according to the model cluster Roberts (Roberts) of (29) students. The researcher has to adopt a measure of love and scale scientific survey (Abu Reash, 2005) to measure the skills of metacognition. After the completion of the experiment analyzed the results statistically using (t-test) for two independent samples is equal, where he was monitoring grades two experimental groups in love with a scientific poll scale, it showed statistical results no difference between the mean scores of Love scientific poll between the two experimental groups. Has also been monitoring the temperatures in the two experimental groups measure skills beyond knowledge, statistical results showed no differences between the middle-level skills beyond knowledge between the two experimental groups.
