The aim of the research is to develop the skills of using a cloud learning management system and to raise the level of technological acceptance and learning engagement among Instructional technology students by using an e-learning environment based on Moodle Cloud learning management system by revealing its effectiveness in: 1) Developing the cognitive aspect related to the skills of using the cloud learning management system for students of educational technology. 2) Developing the skills aspect related to the skills of using the cloud learning management system for educational technology students. 3) Increasing the level of technological acceptance of educational technology students. 4) Increasing the learning engagement of educational technology students. The current research reached the following results: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurement of the achievement test for the cognitive aspect of Moodle cloud learning management systems. 2) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of educational technology students in the post application of the product evaluation card and the level of hypothetical mastery (mastery) at (85%). 3) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of educational technology students in the post application of the Technological Acceptance Scale and the level of hypothetical mastery (mastery) at (85%). 4) There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of educational technology students in the post application of the scale of engagement in learning and the level of hypothetical mastery (mastery) at (85%). Research recommendations: 1) Work to spread awareness of the importance of cloud learning management systems, especially in academic circles, and their role in the educational process through open meetings and seminars. 2) Developing a timetable for decision-makers to accelerate the implementation of Moodle cloud learning management system in education. 3) Work to develop the infrastructure of the Internet to increase the speed of the Internet and avoid interruption. 4) Adopting a mechanism to motivate teachers financially and morally to use Moodle cloud learning management system in teaching. 5) Organizing training courses for university faculty members to train them to use Moodle cloud learning management system in building successful academic courses. 6) Include courses in educational colleges’ detailed topics on cloud learning management systems, including Moodle cloud learning management system, and train students to use them, so that they can benefit from them during practical education, and when they are appointed to schools. 7) Universities need to use the technological acceptance model before adopting any new technology in education.
