التفاعل بين مستوى الدافع المعرفي وحجم مجموعات العمل في تقنيات الجيل الثالث للويب وأثره في تنمية مهارات التواصل الإلكتروني وكفاءة الذات المهنية لدى طلاب الجامعة
The present research Aimed to reveal the effect of the interaction between the level of cognitive motivation and the size of working groups in the e-learning environment based on Web 0.3 technologies on developing e-communication skills and self-Vocation among University students through designing an e-learning environment based on Web 0.3 Technologies Cognitive motivation Scale was applied. The grades were monitored, the highest quadrant was taken as the high cognitive motivation, and the lowest quadrant as the cognitive motivation was low. Then each level was divided into medium and small groups so that the core sample included (80) students divided into (4) major groups. The measurement tools represented in the cognitive motivation scale, achievement test, note card, and self- Vocation Scale. The tools were applied before studying within the environment on the research groups, studying the students within groups, and then applying the research tools. The results showed that there is no effect of the interaction between the level of cognitive motivation level and the size of working groups in the Web 0.3 technologies in developing e- communication skills and Self -Vocation among university students. The e-learning environment affected the development of e-communication skills and self-vocation when working in (small - medium) groups with (high - low) cognitive motivation. (Author’s abstract)
