The aim of this research is to develop the skills of producing electronic children’s stories of the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education through an electronic package program and to know the extent of its impact on improving the student teacher’s attitude towards e-learning. Analysis and design of the program, and application of tools to the research sample, which consisted of (30) thirty students from the College of Early Childhood Education enrolled for the year 2019/2020. The research also used a set of tools, namely: (testing the level of scientific knowledge of the skills of producing electronic children’s stories of the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education, the performance observation card of the skills of producing electronic stories of children, the final product evaluation card (electronic children’s stories), the measure of the attitude of the student teacher in the college Early Childhood Education Towards E-learning). Then the research concluded with a number of recommendations, including the need to develop programs for preparing kindergarten teachers in early childhood education colleges with regard to the skills of producing and designing electronic children’s stories, the need to spread technological cultural awareness with regard to e-learning and attention to developing the learners ’attitude towards it, and increasing the focus on practical technological courses for female students Colleges of Early Childhood Education, especially how to deal with programs for producing electronic stories for children.
