دور المشرف التربوي في إدارة التغيير وعلاقته بمستوى الإلتزام الوظيفي لدى المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة عسير
The research aims to identify the degree of the educational supervisors’ practice of their role in change management and its relationship to the level of teachers’ job commitment in secondary schools in Asir region, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences according to the variables of: governorate, specialization, years of service, and gender. The descriptive approach was used, the research sample consisted of (341) male and female teachers. They constituted (21%) of the study population, the results showed that the average degrees of the role of the educational supervisors’ practice were high degrees with an arithmetic mean of (3.38), and an average of (67.60%) of the overall score of the practice, and the average degrees of teachers’ job commitment were achieved with a very high degree, with an average of (4.22) and a percentage of (84.33%) of the overall score of job commitment. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences. The results showed also that there is a positive correlation with statistical significance between the average degree of the supervisor’s practice and the average degree of teachers’ job commitment.
