The study aimed at measuring the level of the effectiveness of the impact of a training program based on the educational modules in the development of the requirements of the quality of the teacher in its both cognitive and practical sides of the students teachers (mathematics) Faculty of Education, University of Ibb. To achieve the objective, the study was conducted on a sample consisting of (30) male and female students from the student teachers in the third level of Mathematics in the Faculty of Education in Al-Nadira, Ibb University, Republic of Yemen in 2018 according to the experimental approach of one sample of the two applications (pre- and post applications). The study materials and tools consisted of a complete training program consisting of (14) educational modules and accompanying training activities including the requirements of teaching quality, a cognitive achievement testing and teaching performance observation card to measure the level of the program's impact on the development of the quality requirements of the Mathematics teacher both theoretical and practical. The results resulted in the availability of a training program and a list of teacher quality requirements, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) among the averages of student teachers scores in both the cognitive achievement test and the observation card between the pre- and post-applications and for the favor of the post application in both the cognitive and practical sides of the quality requirements of Mathematics teacher. The results revealed that the value of the impact level was high at (0.88 and 0.93) for both the theoretical and practical quality requirements of the teacher respectively. This may be due to the efficiency of the proposed training program by providing the theoretical side, practical applications and activities with a variety of training and evaluation methods. It was also showed that the level of effectiveness of the proposed training program was generally medium where the Modified Blake's Gain Ratio was (1). This may be as a result of the difficult circumstances in the country because of the war. In the light of the results, some recommendations and proposals were made to encourage the interest in such programs to prepare teachers during practical education and to benefit from them in the future.
