The study aims to identify the extent of the overall quality culture among faculty members at the University of Kufa according to the variables of sex (male, female) and specialization (scientific, human), using the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool to achieve the objectives of the study, by applying it to a sample of (200) (Professor and professor at the University of Kufa, for the academic year 2019-2020, and the results of the study showed that the level of prevalence of quality culture in general obtained an average level, and this means that the quality culture determines the level of performance of the faculty member in the educational institution, and the results showed statistically significant differences at A level (0.05) between males and females in favor of. In light of the research results, the researcher made a set of recommendations, including. Disseminating the concepts of quality culture within university education institutions. (Published Abstract)
